About Me

My Teaching Style

 Flexible, Practical, Illustrative and Effective

Through experience, I have become a passionate, enthusiastic and committed tutor able to equip my students with the most appropriate course material not only to make them love Spanish and the Hispanic culture, but also to help them learn, practice and improve their reading, writing, listening and speaking skills.

My goal as a teacher is to get my students to learn on their own, at their own pace and I become just a guide for them. But of course, I am also responsible for their learning and linguistic knowledge. This is the reason why I provide my own detailed lesson plans and contents targeted to my students’ level, needs and style.

I also think that we learn better when we are relaxed. A brain that is relaxed is able to learn and remember better and I am certain that we engage more with other people when we are happy. For this reason, I offer my students a professional but relaxed environment where they can feel at ease in order to get the most out of their Spanish course.

Spanish Teacher

I was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, but I have been living abroad for many years.

I am 46 years old and I am a lawyer and a language teacher.

I got my Law degree in University of Buenos Aires, where I also completed two years of Public Translation in English. Furthermore, I got my TELF the gree, completed several courses of English Teaching Methodology and took part in many teaching workshops.

I taught English as a second language in Argentina for more than 15 years, both in schools and as a private tutor with students of all ages and levels.

In 2009, for working reasons, my family and I moved to Guangzhou, China and I have been travelling around Asia ever since.

We settled down in Hong Kong some years ago and I decided to get my old teaching passion back. For this reason, I was certified as a Spanish teacher and got my Teaching degree in International House, Cádiz, Spain.

After that, I started tutoring Spanish immediately.
